Cycle of three
1, internal circulation: the circulating medium through the heat source heat transfer after warming up into the heat transfer coil, through the heat transfer coil will heat through the pipe wall, conduction to the external water film, the water film absorbs heat into the latent heat of vaporization, the phase into steam, the circulating medium is cooled, and then sent to the production of heat sources.
2, external circulation: spray water from the sink to the spray system, uniformly sprayed to the outside of the pipe to form a water film, part of the water vapor, discharged through the fan, the spray water is not evaporated fall to the sink after the cycle again.
3, air circulation: dry cold air from the upper part of the composite flow closed tower into the downward high-speed skimming coil, take away the evaporated water vapor, take away the heat energy, humidity increases, discharged by the extractor fan out of the tower. The air entering from the side passes through the packing, fully exchanges heat with the spray water, and reduces the temperature of the spray water.
Working Process
1, air-cooled + spray shower spray water through the spray pump into a mist sprayed to the surface of the heat pipe, resulting in a very thin film of water wrapped around the heat pipe.
2, by the heat exchanger tube inside the high temperature medium heating, prompting the water film evaporation, water evaporation from the liquid state into a gaseous state, absorbing the latent heat of vaporization, the same state than the temperature rise in the medium, more than dozens of times the absorption of heat energy.
3, at the same time, due to the fan's strong pumping force, quickly evaporated water vapor away, low humidity air from the inlet style grille was filled in, so the cycle continues; water vapor away from part of the water droplets, by the water collector recovery drops, and not evaporated spray water, are back to the bottom of the water collection tank, pumped out of the spray pump, pumped into the upper part of the spray pipeline, re-use.
